Resume
Purpose of the study: to study the effect of intradialytic physical activity on subjective assessment of quality of life during hemodialysis. In persons with CKD, compared with healthy persons, the quality of life, score according to the SAN system was reduced (8.27 points vs 17.98 points, p<0.001). HD promotes further deterioration of these aspects of health, with recovery to baseline levels by the start of the next session. Intradialytic physical activity helps limit the degree of deterioration in quality of life by the end of the HD procedure and improve quality of life in the interdialytic period.
Keywords: hemodialysis, intradialytic physical activity, quality of life, SAN questionnaire
