Resume
The work studied changes in sex hormones in women in early pregnancy in the absence of an excessive immune reaction and the presence of genital infections. It was concluded that in women in early pregnancy, the absence of an excessive pro-inflammatory immune reaction in the early stages up to 12 weeks of pregnancy and in the presence of genital infections contributes to a slight decrease in prolactin, FSH, LH, but at the same time a pronounced and significant decrease in progesterone levels and an increase in estradiol levels. This does not affect the imbalance of sex hormones, due to the increase in protease inhibitors, which provide a corrective effect that prevents the imbalance of sex hormones, and maintains a favorable course of pregnancy in the early stages up to 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Keywords: interleukins, protease inhibitors, sex hormones, early pregnancy, miscarriage, genital infections.
