Resume
To study the effect of combined general anesthesia in combination with sevoflurane inhalation by evaluating central hemodynamics during endourological operations in children. The study included 48 children who underwent combined endotracheal anesthesia (CATN) with fentanyl+midazalam and combined inhalation anesthesia (KIA) with sevoflurane. For an objective assessment of the functional state of the cardiovascular system, the echocardiography method was used, systolic blood pressure (ADs), diastolic blood pressure (ADd), mean blood pressure (ADsr), oxygen saturation (Sa02), heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (BPD) were determined using a monitor. During the study, the results were changed by the following process, it can be concluded that at the stage of induction of the first group of anesthesia with propofol was not accompanied by undesirable effects. Sevoflurane, propofol and fentanyl have a direct synergistic effect on the functional state of hemodynamics. Sevoflurane, propofol and fentanyl significantly (p<0.05) changed hemodynamic parameters towards hyperdynamics, which was manifested by an increase in heart rate and blood pressure. Propofol, on the contrary, normalized heart rate and reduced blood pressure. Midazalamom induction allowed to stabilize hemodynamic parameters faster (10%) and eliminate the development of hypoventilation and apnea. Observations suggest that the technique of general anesthesia using sevoflurane, propofol and fentanyl allows for both safe administration into anesthesia and further stable course of general anesthesia.
