This article describes cases of transpupillary thermotherapy (TTT) treatment of monofocal retinoblastomas, in which the initial treatment consisted of at least 6 courses of systemic polychemotherapy (SCT), but the tumor was refractory to chemotherapy and significant tumor regression was achieved. didn't happen Our main goal is to demonstrate the advantages and safety of TTT technology, even in large-sized retinoblastomas.
