Resume
Purpose of the study: to develop a mobile application for a personal health card and an individual wellness program for the purpose of preventing cardiovascular diseases (CVD) at the primary health care level. Based on the results of the study, diagnostic tables were developed to determine the overall individual cardiovascular risk (CVR) and programs were developed to determine the risk group: minimal, medium, high and very high risk, prognostic unfavorable signs were identified, physical and psychological rehabilitation programs and principles of rational nutrition were developed. with the selection of individual schemes with calculation of the required caloric intake per day. A program has been developed for a mobile application for a personal health card and an individual wellness program. The development of computer and mobile technologies in primary health care will significantly increase the accessibility and quality of medical care and simplify the work of primary care physicians and cardiologists.
