Resume

Objective: To analyze the nature of clinical manifestations in patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia, taking into account the severity of the disease. Material and methods: The study was conducted with the participation of 93 patients with primary autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) and 97 healthy donors without a history of autoimmune diseases. The selection of patients was carried out when applying to the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Hematology (RSNPMCG) from 2018 to 2022. The subjects' clinical manifestations were analyzed using a general clinical examination (analysis of anamnestic data, general examination of the patient with palpation, percussion and auscultation methods). Mathematical calculations of the obtained results were carried out using the statistical software package Microsoft Office Excel-2019. Results: the analysis of the clinical examination of patients with AIHA made it possible to determine the features of registration of the disease depending on age. In particular, it has been determined that most often the disease occurs in young and middle age. At the same time, from the anamnestic data it was established that relatives of patients with AIHA had other autoimmune diseases. In addition, it was determined that the onset of the disease is often chronic (71.0%). However, despite the nature of the onset of AIHA (acute or chronic), the clinical disease manifests itself in a variety of patterns, the severity of which depends on the severity of its onset.

Keywords: autoimmune hemolytic anemia, severity, clinical manifestations, course, acute, chronic.
