Resume

The relevance of this work lies in the fact that in clinical practice insufficient attention is paid to the development of diarrhea in children with various genetic diseases, including cystic fibrosis. At the same time, the lack of vigilance among doctors and the limited financial capabilities of the population put the diagnosis of genetic diseases in a difficult situation. This article presents a clinical case of prolonged diarrhea of staphylococcal etiology in a 4-month-old child with cystic fibrosis, first identified in the outpatient diagnostic department (ADO) of the Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital (RCIB) in Bishkek, where he was observed from November 2023 to March 2024, died 11 March 2024. The observed child was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis using genetic testing CFTR:F508DEL; delta508 (heterozygous mutation detected). Prolonged secretory diarrhea was observed for 4 months; bacteriological quantitative analysis of stool identified Staph. Aureus 1011.
