Resume

Atopic dermatitis is one of the most common skin diseases among allergic skin diseases and accounts for 52.7%. Recently, there has been a steady increase in morbidity among the population, especially among young people. In the pathogenesis of morbidity, special attention is paid to conditionally pathogenic microorganisms of the body's biosubstrates, especially yeast-like fungi of the genus Candida spp. The purpose of our research was to develop an innovative method for the treatment of intestinal candidiasis in patients with atopic dermatitis based on the use of activated siliceous water "ASW-Fatiderm". Research materials and methods. 97 patients with atopic dermatitis aged 13 to 65 years were examined, the average age was 27.4±2.2 years. Of these, there were 43 men (44.3%) and 54 women (55.7%). Clinical (SCORAD index), laboratory – mycological (cultural studies of intestinal biosubstrates), ELISA - determination of total IgE, IgG Candida and statistical studies were performed in all patients. The results of the study. The results of mycological studies have shown that in patients with atopic dermatitis in 92.7% of cases, the development of candida infection is noted. Among them, oral candidiasis was detected in 21 (21.6%) patients, and intestinal candidiasis was detected in 69 (71.1%) patients. Candidiasis of the oral cavity and intestines was recorded in 17 (17.5%) patients. In patients with atopic dermatitis with high colonization of Candida fungi in the intestine of more than 1000 CFU and an increase in IgG Candida levels by 1.3 times, the development of candido – atopic syndrome is noted, which exacerbates the clinical course of dermatosis. Conclusions: An innovative method of treatment using a therapeutic enema for intestinal candidiasis in patients with atopic dermatitis using activated siliceous water ASW – fatiderm contributed to an increase in therapeutic efficacy, which can be recommended for widespread use in the treatment of intestinal candidiasis in medical practice.
