Resume

Cerebrovascular diseases are an important medico-social problem, which causes a lot of death and disability, and is currently becoming an economic problem with high costs. Diabetes mellitus is one of the main risk factors for cerebral ischemic stroke. Today, diabetes mellitus is among the diseases that are widespread among the working population, developing and leading to serious systemic complications. Among all endocrine pathologies, diabetes mellitus (DM) ranks first in terms of prevalence, death and disability.
