Resume
Background. Long-term persistence in the body of infectious agents and viral pathogens, having a damaging effect on blood vessels, on cardiomyocytes, can lead to damage to heart tissues. The purpose of thse studies – to assess the state of the cardiovascular system in the most common infectious diseases. Materials and methods. The article uses data obtained on the detection of heart pathology among 325 patients aged 17 to 40 years and older. The nature of pathological cardiovascular changes in ENT diseases, SARS and rheumatism was revealed. A high incidence of cardiovascular pathology was established against the background of diseases associated with viral and bacterial infections. The severe nature of the course of infectious cardiopathology against the background of acute respiratory viral infections and rheumatism was noted. Conclusions. So, among those who were diagnosed with acute respiratory viral infections, patients with a pathology of the cardiovascular system of a mild form were more often detected - in 13.64%, against 4.08% and 6.25% in the first and second groups of subjects.
