EFFECT OF ORGANIC CHLORINE COMPOUNDS ON THE SECRETORY ACTIVITY OF THE PANCREAS

Resume

In recent years, new organochlorine pesticides have become widespread in the national economy. Among them, hexochlorocyclohexane (HCH) is also being introduced. This necessitated the study of the toxic properties of the drug, as well as the development of hygienic standards for their content in food products. The results of all experiments conducted with HCH allow us to conclude that it causes noticeable changes in the exocrine function of the pancreas, the direction and depth of which depends on the dose of the drug and the duration of its administration.
