Resume

People with disabilities often face a number of social and economic difficulties. Evidence suggests that these deficiencies lead to poor mental health. Disability has long-term practical and social consequences associated with mental illness, in particular, suicide is observed in depressive disorders. Patients with disabilities are more likely than patients without disabilities to experience suicidal thoughts. In addition, the presence of disability will be associated with an increased suicide rate.
