THE ROLE OF COMPLEX APPROACHES IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF CLOACA IN GIRLS

Resume

The purpose of the study is to find ways to improve the results of diagnosis and surgical treatment of cloaca in girls based on the analysis of clinical material. Materials and methods. In 2013-2023, at the clinical sites of the Department of Pediatric Surgery of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, 198 girls with anorectal malformations (ADM) from 1 year to 16 years old were examined, of which 16 (8.1%) patients were diagnosed with cloaca. In 3 of them (18.8%) this disease was diagnosed in our clinic, in 13 (81.2%) patients cloaca was diagnosed in other medical institutions of the republic and after a colostomy they were sent to the Children's National Medical Center. In conclusion, cloacal disease is considered a serious birth defect that requires multi-stage surgical interventions depending on its structure and causes occupational problems.
