Resume

For the period 2006 to 2020 75 children with Meckel's diverticulum were treated in the Department of Pediatric Surgery of the RSCEMC. Of these, destructive forms - in 37 cases, an operating finding - in 24 cases, a bleeding diverticulum - in 21 cases. In case of bleeding DM, according to our tactics, all those admitted to the clinic of gastrointestinal bleeding underwent EFGDS, if no source was found, a colonoscopy was performed at the next stage, but the source of bleeding was also not identified. In this connection, diagnostic laparoscopy was performed. The introduction of endosurgical technologies into DM surgery in children made it possible to level the proportion of "unnecessary" laparotomies due to the possibility of performing laparoscopic diverticulectomy and to limit the frequency of unreasonable laparotomies from 21.5% to 6.2%. Based on the diagnostic process and the choice of the method of surgical treatment, it allows increasing the capabilities and effectiveness of endosurgical technologies, reducing the frequency of unsatisfactory results in the immediate and long-term postoperative period and reducing the number of beds from 7-9 days to 4-6 days.

Keywords: Meckel's diverticulum (DM), laparoscopy, endosurgery, ectopic tissues, laparoscopic diverticulectomy..
