Resume

The article pays an important role to disorders of the urodynamics of the organs of the urinary system that cause the development of pyelonephritis, cystitis and recurrent course of the disease. In patients with frequent exacerbations of the inflammatory process in the urinary system, neurogenic dysfunction of the bladder plays a significant role, which leads to a violation of normal emptying of the bladder and obstructed urine outflow from the ureters, which leads to impaired urodynamics of both the lower and upper urinary tract. Additional methods of examination of the organs of the urinary system are proposed to determine changes in clinical, laboratory and functional values depending on the form of neurogenic dysfunction and indicators of dopplerography of renal vessels. The relationship between the activity of the inflammatory process and pronounced changes in clinical and laboratory parameters with the presence of neurogenic bladder dysfunction in patients was noted. Indications for various types of treatment have been determined
