Resume

Bladder exstrophy (BE) and epispadias represent a complex combination of congenital defects of the genitourinary and musculoskeletal systems, requiring an integrated and systematic approach to preoperative preparation, surgical correction, and subsequent rehabilitation in the postoperative period. Therefore, the development of a unified approach to surgical correction is an exceptionally challenging task.

Keywords: Bladder exstrophy; Surgical correction; Congenital defect of the genitourinary system.
