Resume

Mortality from cerebrovascular pathology is 2.8% of the world's population, and most of them continue with a violation of the integrity of the vascular wall. Mortality in the first 2-4 hours is 85-98% in processes occurring with aneurysmal rupture of most cerebral vessels. The first reason for the occurrence of thanogenesis is the blockage of the brain stem in the large foramen of the occipital bone, and the second is the blood flow to the vital centers of the cerebral hemispheres through subdural hemorrhages and the development of hematoencephalomalacia foci.

Keywords: aneurysm, tanogenesis, hematoencephalomalacia, pulmonary coronary shock, cerebral edema.
