Resume

The problem of diagnosing chronic pancreatitis in the world has not been fully resolved until now, and a number of scientific researches are being carried out in order to practically study the specific aspects of early and accurate diagnosis in gastroenterology. In this regard, taking into account the difficulties in distinguishing specific clinical signs due to the fact that the damage to the pancreas has common symptoms with diseases of the adjacent organs, it is necessary to analyze the survey data and signs specific to exocrine insufficiency in patients with chronic pancreatitis, and compare the clinical and biochemical data. , it is important to assess the correlation of pancreatic elastase and exocrine deficiency-specific symptoms. At the same time, studies aimed at developing diagnostic criteria and predictive indicators based on anamnestic and phenotypic characteristics are of particular importance.
