Resume

ASCC (acute cysts of the spermatic cord) can mechanically compress the vessels of the spermatic cord, thereby inhibiting the blood circulation of the testicle on the affected side. Our hypothesis was supported by the expressed anxiety found in more than 90% of children with OVCC. To confirm or refute, we conducted studies that allowed us to consider OVCC as an urgent pathology. As a criterion objectively characterizing the state of blood circulation in the vessels of the spermatic cord, we used Dopplerographic studies. The normative indicators of dopplerographic indicators for adolescents and adults are given in the available Russian-language and English-language sources of scientific literature. At the same time, we have not found normative Dopplerographic indicators of blood circulation in the vessels of the spermatic cord in children of the newborn and infancy period in the available literature.
