Resume

To determine the main criteria for the standards of diagnosis and treatment of children with Hirschsprung's disease. To the present understanding of HD in children, this pathology can be cured only surgically and this does not cause disagreement. The main radical surgical interventions are the classic operations of Swanson, Soave and Duhamel, our clinic uses minimally invasive surgical treatment options – the De la Torre-Mandragon-Ortega transanal technique, laparoscopic methods of Swanson and Georgeson. The analysis of the clinical course, anatomical forms, various diagnostic methods and methods of surgical treatment of HD in children allowed us to determine the main criteria for the standards of diagnosis and treatment of children with Hirschsprung's disease, which will lead to the creation of a nified consensus on this disease, reduce complications, re-operations and improve the quality of life of patients.
