Resume

Bone necrosis is characterized by degenerative, dystrophic and destructive changes, covering all structural elements of bone tissue; inflammatory processes accompany these changes in the hyaline layer, as a result of which the fibrous structures encounter necrobiosis, cracking and dehydration, the fibers become homogenized, necrotic, the interstitial material swells and calcifies, and with necrosis the hyaline tissue is exposed. Information about its origin is the morphogenetic basis for the treatment of these diseases.

Keywords: Covid-19, femoral head, necrosis, destruction, a vascularization, degeneration, sprain, ligament capitis femoris.
