Resume

Based on the data of complex examination of 36 school-age patients (7-18 years old) with severe combined craniocerebral traumas (SCT) admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU), the tendency to increase the circadian rhythm mesor circadian rhythm minute volume of blood circulation in the first day in all groups of traumatised children was revealed. In the dynamics during the acute period, a comparatively higher indicator of circadian rhythm mesor circulatory minute volume of blood circulation was revealed in children of group 2 within 5-6 l/min. The changes during the acute period of severe combined craniocerebral trauma had a wave-like character with the most pronounced deformation of the structure of about a week biorhythms of the minute volume of blood circulation in the most severely injured patients of group 3. The flattened change in the amplitude of the circadian rhythm minute volume of blood circulation corresponded to the stabilisation of the central hemodynamic function in the most severe patients who were on prolonged by the severity of the condition mode of Artificial ventilation of the lungs. The most pronounced adaptive restructuring of the structural characteristics of the circadian rhythm (increase in mesor, amplitude of the circadian rhythm, Minute volume of blood circulation) was revealed in group 2 patients. The most prolonged pathological shift (inversion) of the acrophase of the circadian rhythm was the minute volume of blood circulation in the injured of group 3.

Keywords: circadian rhythm, minute volume of blood circulation, acute severe combined traumatic brain injury, school-age children.
