Resume

This article provides an overview and analysis of the clinical picture and diagnosis of rickettsial diseases. Although epidemiological data and clinical symptoms provide the necessary information for the preliminary diagnosis of rickettsial infection, the use of sensitive and specific laboratory methods is necessary to confirm the final diagnosis of rickettsial infections. Understanding the epidemiology, clinical manifestations and diagnostic methods of rickettsia is necessary for the timely detection and treatment of these infections.

Keywords: rickettsial diseases, clinical picture, diagnosis, serological methods, polymerase chain reaction.
