Resume
In the antenatal period, stillbirths with extreme body weight were characterized by the presence of morphological growth retardation of all organs; the development of development indicators continued. At the same time, in our studies, stillborn children weighing 1500 g are characterized by the development of primary centers of immune organs in comparison with other organs and the formation of responses at certain moments of infection of the fetus during the development period. period in the womb. This is characterized by the premature development of reactive centers in the primary immune organs, bypassing the idea that immune organs are not fully formed in the antenatal period. Our work included children born at 24-30 weeks with chronic pyelonephritis against the background of infectious extragenital diseases. It has been established that follicular lesions appear in the thymus tissue of antenatal stillborn children before the development of the cortex and nucleus.
Keywords: intrauterine mortality, infant, morphological growth retardation, thymus, hypoplasia.
