Resume
Metaphylactic measures carried out in 52 patients with urolithiasis caused by primaryhyperparathyroidism, including medication and dietary therapy, helped to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of urolithiasis and primary hyperparathyroidism. Patients who fully followed the recommendations had a significantly lower rate of stone recurrence than those who did not. Depending on the etiopathogenesis and complications of the disease, each child was given individual metaphylactic measures procedures. To reduce the risk of nephrolithiasis and to consume calcium in the right amount a low diet in fats and sodium (salt) was prescribed to the patient. which was the safest for normal calcium intake without increasing the risk of nephrolithiasis (for a growing body).
