Resume

The study of clinical manifestations and diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children requires special attention. Despite the progress achieved in pediatric surgery, timely diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children is an urgent problem. Ultrasound examination used in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children is the most effective diagnostic method in identifying pathology. Ultrasound diagnostics makes it possible to timely identify various forms of inflammation of the appendix.
