Resume

The aim of the study. To study the potential of anti-inflammatory cytokines to predict the development of cervical cancer. Materials and methods. Our study included patients with cervical cancer: 16 patients with a negative level of human papillomavirus (HPV), 19 patients with a negative level of human papillomavirus (LSIL HPV), 21 patients with a positive level of human papillomavirus in all HSILs and 20 practically healthy women. Research work was carried out at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 1 of the Bukhara State Medical Institute. Conclusions. Thus, the results obtained from our studies showed that the indicators recorded in accordance with our results can be predictors and indicators of the development of cervical cancer. We have once again seen that monitoring the indicators of inflammatory acquired cytokines allows us to evaluate them, identify complications from the inflammatory system, monitor the effectiveness of treatment without waiting for an outbreak of their clinical manifestations, and timely assess the degree of progression of cervical cancer.
