Resume

This article explains how food poisoning can affect the kidneys. The article also highlights the morphofunctional and histological changes observed by food products that can disrupt the normal functioning of our kidneys and affect our health.A statement is also made about the importance of the defense system used to protect our kidneys from harmful food products.
