THE ESSENCE OF TUBERCULOSIS, PREVENTION, A NEW LOOK AT THE REABILATIZATION OF THE RESPIRATORY TRACT
Abdullayeva F.O. - Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina
Resume
The respiratory tract is the point of contact of the body with the external environment, it carries out the exchange of gases and is widely affected by various antigens of plants and animals. the most important mechanism for the elimination of tuberculous mycobacteria (MBT) in the human body is phagocytosis provided by neutrophils and alveolar macrophages. There is no idea how to cope with resistance to antigenic effects , at which cellular levels (alveolar macrophages, DC or regulatory T cells) the main failure occurs, and strong inflammation occurs in 5-10% of infected people who are prone to the development of clinical forms of tuberculosis. Consequently, as for the pathogenesis of the appearance of emptiness, there are currently not enough harmonious ideas that reveal a sequential chain of events. It is clear that this process should begin with necrosis of lung tissue, which can include various cellular elements that produce collagenase proteases that destroy the matrix, such as MMP-1 and MMP-8. In the early stages, in most cases, the necessary condition is pronounced HRT, which clearly enhances the inflammatory component of the immune response.
Key words: Tuberculosis is a global threat to humanity, death from infections, treatment of tuberculosis diseases.
