Resume

In this scientific study, the types of T-lymphocytic leukemia were studied, by immunohistochemistry. In a histological study of lymphocytic leukemia in Uzbekistan, the following variants are determined: lymphohistiocytic, small cell, giant cell, sarcoma-like, hodgkin’s type and mixed type. Immunohistochemical study of T-lymphocytic keukemia showed that the ALK translocation kinase gene was localized both in the nucleus and in the cytoplasm, CD30 expression was mainly in the cell cytolemma, and CD5 and CD8 were often expressed using markers specific for T-lymphocytes.

Key words: leukemia, leukemia (blood cancer), T-lymphocytes, histology, immunohistochemistry.
