COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF LYMPHOID FORMATIONS OF THE SMALL INTESTINE IN NORMAL AND UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF COTORAN

Resume
This article provides a comparative analysis of the cellular composition of the epithelial cover of villi, as well as lymph nodes of the mesenteric part of the small intestine of rats in normal and experimental conditions. The study of the degree of infiltration by lymphocytes of the epithelial cover of the villi of the mesenteric part of the small intestine showed an increase in the number of large and medium lymphocytes against the background of a decrease in small ones in the early stages of postnatal development. When exposed to cotoran in lymphoid structures, the number of large and medium-sized lymphocytes increases, the content of small lymphocytes decreases. At the age of 3 months, these indicators approach the norm due to the restoration of lymphocytic balance.
