PD-L1 AS A PROGNOSTIC MARKER OF ANTI-TUMOR THERAPY EFFECTIVENESS

Albina Rashitova - Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina

Resume

The aim of this study is to analyze research on the biomarker PD-L1 as a prognostic marker of the effectiveness of anti-cancer therapy in cervical cancer. Materials and methods: Literature review Results: The majority of studies have focused on the expression of PD-L1 and disease prognosis, but the relationship between the level of PD-L1 expression and radiosensitivity remains unclear. Studies have shown a direct correlation between the level of PD-L1 expression and the effectiveness of radiotherapy for several oncological diseases.

Keywords: PD-L1, Cervical cancer, anti-tumor therapy
