Resume

In post-traumatic coxarthrosis, the histochemical accumulation of intermediate products in the hip joint and the occurrence of acidic mucopolysaccharides and resorption spaces with expanded ktosis in the subepimetaphyseal area of the femoral head are determined. As a result, the erosion of the porous substance at the base of the damaged head and cystic cavities continue with the development of the osteoporosis process. This, in turn, morphologically, stimulates the accumulation of acidic intermediate products and the occurrence of bone tissue resorption, and as a result, osteosclerosis and osteofibrosis tissues are formed after osteodytrite and osteonecrotic foci with massive erosion destruction.

Key words: morphology, hip joint, histochemistry, positive structures.
