Resume

The problem of treating patients with tuberculous coxitis is currently of great interest to researchers, which is due not only to the high frequency of injuries and diseases of this part of the skeleton, but also to the great importance of this motor segment in ensuring static and locomotor functions of the body. To restore joint function in patients, various surgical interventions of a radical and radical restorative nature are used. Currently, total hip replacement is a common radical method of treating severe diseases that lead to disability. Conclusion: Risk factors for the development of complications after endoprosthetics include an increase in the age of patients, severe concomitant pathologies (diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid polyarthritis and other systemic diseases) and other infectious processes in organs.
