Resume

In this work, we studied the resistance of erythrocytes of blood groups O (I), A (II), B (III) and AB (IV) to osmotic stress and colloid-osmotic lysis caused by nystatin. It was shown that the absolute value of osmotic resistance of blood group O (I) erythrocytes is slightly higher than that of erythrocytes of blood groups A (II), B (III) and AB (IV). It was revealed that erythrocytes of blood groups A (II) and AB (IV) are resistant to colloid-osmotic hemolysis caused by nystatin. The results indicate the presence of differences in the membranes and their physicochemical properties of erythrocytes of blood of different groups according to the AB0 system.
