INFLUENCE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY ON THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE

More than a quarter of the world's older population (1.4 billion) are physically inactive, approximately one in three women and one in four men worldwide do not have enough physical activity, the level of physical inactivity in developed countries is twice as high as in low-income countries, since 2001 the world There was no increase in the average level of physical activity among the population [1]. The number of physically inactive people is increasing 100 times compared to the last century. Every 10 years, the number of physically inactive people increases by 10% [2]. In order to study the effect of physical activity on the quality of life, a total of 183 patients suffering from IUD were included in the study. The effect of physical activity on the course of the disease and quality of life was studied in combination with standard treatment courses. According to the obtained results, a positive effect of physical activity on the quality of life was determined.
