IMMUNOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE PATHOGENESIS OF ANGINA PECTORIS

Kamilova Shakhzoda Rakhmatovna - Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina

Resume

Unstable angina pectoris and myocardial infarction, despite the differences in their clinical manifestations, are the consequences of the same pathophysiological process, namely rupture or erosion of atherosclerotic plaque in combination with joining thrombosis and embolization of more distally located areas of the vascular bed. In the review article, the author analyzes and systematizes the results of research by foreign and domestic scientists on the study of immunological features of coronary heart disease.

Keywords: angina pectoris, coronary heart disease, cytokines, immunity
