Resume

The purpose of the study was to determine the features of immunohistochemical changes in a simple form of endometrial hyperplasia. The study included 20 patients with normal endometrial hyperplasia, hospitalized in the gynecological department of RSSPMC A and G for 2019-2021. With the help of the Ki67 receptor, it was observed: from the whole patient 1% to 5% low positive reaction. With the help of the Ki67 receptor, it was observed: from the whole patient 1% to 5% low positive reaction. Negative, medium and high positive reactions were not observed. Immunohistochemical picture of simple glandular hyperplasia of the endometrium. Estrogen receptor, medium positive expression. Progesterone receptor high positive

Key words: Endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial histology, immunohistochemical markers - Ki67, estrogen, progesterone
