The number of patients with heart failure is increasing worldwide. Over the past four decades, significant progress has been made in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of heart failure. This led to the statistics itself, now there are problems in proving that laboratory indicators are a process related to heart failure. This article is devoted to the determination of premorbidity in the elderly and elderly with chronic heart failure, clinical and laboratory description.
