Intrauterine pregnancy remains a difficult disease to diagnose, as it is characterized by a variety of clinical manifestations (the picture of progressive IMP is similar to that of progressive intrauterine pregnancy) and can “imitate” another pathology: dysfunctional uterine bleeding, threatened or incipient spontaneous abortion, ovarian apoplexy, acute cholecystitis and others.
