PREMATURE BIRTH AND FACTORS LEADING TO ITS OCCURRENCE

Resume

Purpose of the study. To study the causes of vitamin D deficiency in preterm birth. Materials and methods. The study involved 60 women at risk of preterm birth, as well as women with preterm birth and 30 women with full-term birth. Of these, 30 women at risk of preterm birth and 30 women with preterm birth were tested for vitamin D levels. Research work was carried out at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 1 of the Bukhara State Medical Institute. Conclusion.Thus, monitoring the amount of vitamin D in pregnant women, their assessment and studying the effect of vitamin D deficiency on preterm birth in the clinic made it possible.
