Resume

Recent research has expanded and supplemented the modern understanding of the regulation of many physiological processes in the body. Peritonitis continues to be one of the most serious and life-threatening problems in abdominal surgery. Endotoxemia, which arises in peritonitis, exacerbates the clinical picture of the disease, leading to homeostasis disorders and significant dysfunction of the liver and kidneys. In light of these complications, the use of specialized amino acid solutions in the therapy of such patients becomes particularly relevant. For conducting substantiated research, a thorough analysis of the problem being studied is essential.
