Resume

The article describes the identified features of the pathogenesis and clinical symptoms of acute myocardial infarction in 68 patients 46-72 years old who suffered COVID-19 in a comparative aspect with 60 patients 48-70 years old with myocardial infarction who did not suffer SARS-CoV-2. In patients after COVID-19, a lower proportion of stenosis and a higher dose of coronary artery thrombosis, an increase in the serum concentration of D-dimer, an increase in the area of ischemic changes, an increase in the frequency of transmural lesions and the proportion of deaths in patients were found.
