Resume
The article presents the results of the distribution of genotypes of polymorphism of the PPARG2, FABP2 and ADRB2 genes (responsible for metabolism), and provides individualized dietary recommendations for athletes specializing in rowing. Variants of nutritional types identified on the basis of DNA testing of highly qualified athletes of managerial sports and martial artists have been identified. An assessment of the level of training of athletes is given depending on their genetic compliance with a certain type of nutrition
