ANEMIA IN PATIENTS WITH INTERFERENCES AND INTERPRETATION OF MODERN THERAPY

Resume

Over the years of study, it has been established that chronic diffuse liver disease is a systemic pathology with the development of a large number of extrahepatic manifestations, which can often be leading in the clinical picture of the disease, thereby causing low efficiency of the treatment. So the incidence of anemia in chronic hepatitis ranges from 20 to 60%, and in cirrhosis of the liver from 23% to 100%. Many authors dealing with the issue of chronic diffuse liver diseases emphasize that anemia that develops in liver diseases contributes to the progression of dystrophic changes in the internal organs.
