The article discusses the problems of pathology in gynecological practice, leading to a decrease and loss of reproductive function. Ectopic pregnancy is one of the common causes leading to infertility. Ectopic pregnancy is not considered a reproductive loss, but to this day continues to be one of the main problems of reproductive science related to a woman’s subsequent fertility. After an ectopic pregnancy, many develop adhesions in the pelvis, 60-80% of patients experience infertility, and 20-30% of patients experience a repeat ectopic pregnancy.
