Analysis of the factors (illumination and noise) that permanently affect the health of employees in the construction, reconstruction and reconstruction of preventive treatment facilities in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and their compliance with the requirements of sanitary rules and norms, as well as the results of the analysis for medical personnel and the construction of preventive treatment facilities. providing necessary recommendations to legal entities and individuals engaged in repair and reconstruction works. In this way, it is possible to determine the factors that negatively affect the health of people who seek medical help and workers working in preventive institutions, taking into account how the general illumination level of the rooms differs from the working surface, in the center of the room, and at the farthest distance from the windows that are the source of natural light. to help ensure the implementation of construction and repair works by applying modern methods of noise reduction, and thus to seek measures to reduce the negative impact of lighting and noise on the mental, physiological and physical condition of patients and workers to the minimum level. Purpose: To find out the shortcomings that are allowed in the construction and organization of treatment and prevention institutions before the construction or reconstruction of the institutions, to reduce the harm to the health of patients and their caregivers, as well as to the health of medical personnel, to reduce the material damage that is spent on correcting errors and defects in construction and repair work, and to implement sanitary and hygiene rules. prevent breakdowns. Materials and methods: Departments of the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy were taken as objects. Sanitary-descriptive, instrumental, laboratory-instrumental and analytical methods, as well as laboratory-instrumental methods of the joint Korean-Uzbek laboratory located in the building of the Tashkent Medical Academy, were used as inspection methods.
