Resume

In this work, we analyzed the distribution of blood groups – 0 (I), A (II), B (III) and AB (IV), as well as the presence of antigen D in the population of Samarkand, Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions of Uzbekistan. It was revealed that in the Samarkand region the frequency of occurrence of blood groups A (II) and 0 (I) is practically the same, in the Kashkadarya region blood group A (II) prevails, in Surkhandarya region – 0 (I). The distribution of the phenotype of blood groups in the Samarkand region corresponds to A (II) ≥ O (I)> B (III)> AB (IV), in the Kashkadarya region – A (II)> O (I)> B (III)> AB (IV) ), in the Surkhandarya region – O (I)> A (II)> B (III)> AB (IV). The results indicate the heterogeneity of the population of Samarkand, Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions of Uzbekistan in relation to hemagglutinogen genotypes.
