Resume

The aim of the study. To compare the state of intestinal microbiocinosis in pregnant women with embryochorionic insufficiency and in pregnant women with a physiological pregnancy Materials and methods. Currently, gut dysbiosis is extensively discussed in the literature; however, several contentious issues regarding its clinical significance remain unresolved. Recent publications have explored the potential role of systemic endotoxemia, which arises from gut dysbiosis, in the pathogenesis of pregnancy loss. The study was conducted at the Gynecology Department of the Bukhara City Maternity Complex during the period from 2023 to 2024. It involved the examination of medical records of patients admitted for inpatient treatment due embriochorial insuddiciency Conclusion. Thus, microbiological disorders in the intestinal biocenosis in patients with threatened miscarriage were associated with a significant decrease in the amount of normal flora against the background of an increased content of opportunistic microorganisms with a high pathogenic potential and their associations. The intestinal microflora during physiological pregnancy was characterized mainly by a decrease in the intensity of colonization of the large intestine by lacto- and bifidobacteria.
