Resume

In this work, we analyzed the distribution of blood groups – 0 (I), A (II), B (III) and AB (IV), as well as the presence of antigen D in the population of Tashkent, Syrdarya and Jizzakh regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It was revealed that in the Tashkent and Syrdarya regions, blood group A (II) is predominant, and in the Jizzakh region – 0 (I). The distribution of the phenotype of blood groups in the Tashkent region corresponds to A (II)> O (I)> B (III)> AB (IV), in the Syrdarya region – A (II) ≥ O (I) ≥ B (III)> AB (IV)), and in the Jizzakh region – O (I)> A (II)> B (III)> AB (IV). The results indicate the heterogeneity of the population of the Tashkent, Syrdarya and Jizzakh regions of Uzbekistan in relation to the genotypes of hemagglutinogens.
